VTU Project and Need of it

After completing my higher education from one of the most prestigious insititute/university of India, it became a necessary evil for me to bring out the facilities, or lack thereof in the university. Perhaps, this is the reason why, many students decided to look for another alternative than the official VTU university website. Whether they like it or not, but they are yet to meet that quality standards as far as web 2.0 is concerned.
There is next to no information provided to the students. Also, there is no information provided regarding the latest buzz happening in the 190+ affiliated colleges under VTU. Now, how will you be able to particpate in the college and cultural festival without even being aware of it. Shockingly, this has been the same scenraio from past several years and it is a time for the ex student like me to step into the ring and change the equation.

In order to get most of out the VTU, I decided to start my own evnture called www.vtus.in which provide all the information related to the VTU university. It also helps students to get latest results, news, syllabus and muc more. As an open platform, it also provides a facility to the student to cntribute to the blog. Of course, this has not only increased the engagement but also has helped in serving the students better.
In a nutshell, VTUS.in provides following information to the students
  • Latest news from VTU
  • Syllabus download
  • Old papers
  • Solves papers
  • Latest buzz in other colleges
  • Event covering
  • Online VTU result
And much more. Unfortunately, there are so mjany things to cover in so little space. The blog provides all the information to the students and help them to become a better being. It also solves one of the basic problem which every VTU student suffers during the exam time. They are not able to download their result from the official VTU website or they have to wait for hours and hours for the slow server to serve their query. VTUS helps to solve this problem. The results are saved on their own server and is save locally so next time when you try to open the result, it will be served much more faster. Surprisngly, the result is pretty good and as it is fetching the result from multiple resources, it is balzingly fast.
In ocming days, the website will provide more informaiton ot the students and will try to provide more facility so they don't have to look other places.
